Return Policy

We want every AccuFit™ purchase to be the right one for your program. If something is not working out, here is how our return process works.

Accutec charges a standard 20% restocking fee on eligible returns. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

  • A completed RMA form issued by the Accutec team

  • Product must have been purchased directly from Accutec

  • Product must be in new, unused condition

  • Product must be in its original packaging

  • Product must be returned within 30 days for domestic orders and 60 days for international orders

How to Start a Return

Getting started is straightforward. Contact our service team, and we will walk you through the rest.

  1. Complete the Repair / Return Merchandise Authorization form

  2. Coordinate final details with our team

  3. Return the product as instructed

Common Return Situations

Incorrect Product Shipped If you received the wrong product, contact our service team within 30 days for domestic orders and 60 days for international orders and we will arrange a replacement.

Defective Product If your product arrives defective, contact our service team within 30 days for domestic orders and 60 days for international orders. Accutec will repair or replace the unit at our discretion.
