Return Policy
Accutec-IHS charges a standard 20% restocking fee on items that are returned and meet the following standards:
- Completed RMA form from the Accutec-IHS team
- Product must be purchased directly from Accutec-IHS
- Product must be in new, unused condition
- Product must be in its original packaging
- Product must be returned within 30 days for domestic orders, and 60 days for international orders
Return Process
The return process is simple!
- Contact the Accutec-IHS service department
- Sign an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form
- Complete the return as instructed
Common Types of Returns
Incorrect Product Shipped
- Contact customer service within 30 days for domestic orders, and 60 days for international orders for replacement.
Defective Product
- Contact customer service within 30 days for domestic orders, and 60 days for international orders for repair or replacement.
- Accutec-IHS retains the right to repair.
Warranty
- Product or service covered by warranty.
- Accutec-IHS offers a 3 year warranty on products.
